15 years today. Incredible to think about all that we've gone through, and where life has taken us. I did the thing! I've been wanting to do @fibrofitwarriors for a while, but I haven't been able to until now. I just completed my first workout, and I am WIPED! 😅 And yet, I'm feeling pretty stoked that I was able to push through the fear of starting and wanting to procrastinate and actually DID IT! 😁 I'll be documenting my progress over the next eight weeks of the program, and obviously, there will be a vlog afterward. 😉 Thank you, @coachrachelsmith, for sharing your research and journey and inspiring me to not let my Fibromyalgia defeat me!
